These are not worth buying! The metal clasps holding the pencils become loose and useless after a single use.

When I taught geometry to 6th grade students in a gifted elementary school these were exactly the type of compass I told them not to buy. if buying for little kids to play with drawing circles, maybe they would be OK.. MAYBE. But generally they are just toys and frustrating to use.

Sadly, these were a one-use only compass. The part that holds the pencil lost it’s grip early in use and the needle bent way too easily. They could not hold up under minimum use.
