For my first easel I wanted one for one that I could use at my standing desk or regular sitting desk. Plus, one I could easily take with me on camping trips. This easel works well for each of these. It basically has only two real setting positions since the last one lays it mostly flat. Which is fine because it gives the project a little lift up off the countertop. The reason I gave only 4 stars it because the wood was a bit rough and splintery. I took some fine sandpaper and smoothed it out a bit. I guess a little grip isn't a bad thing, just didn't want splinters.

Love these minis! Were perfect for a paint n' sip birthday party. Also painted terra cotta pots with the theme being a garden party. Each guest received a package of seeds too! Wrapped very well. Will purchase again.

These have been in use by my year 8 daughter who is rather good at art. She has used them with a variety of media and given them as gifts to friends and family. We'll be getting more.

I bought these to make mother's day paintings. They are awesome, I love the small size and the easels are so adorable. This is a great purchase, I have some left over to make some paintings for myself. There's lot of room for creativity with this purchase. The easel can easily be painted to match the picture or keep it as is. I would definitely buy these again.

I think these are great for the value. They are small. Smaller than they appear in the picture about the size of my palm. But I think they are great. Perfect for small art projects. I love that there are easels that come with each one. I will definitely try purchase again.
