the cooling works well. Just pretty bulky. I'm upset the lid doesn't seal at all on it I can't even drink out of it with lid on.

It doesn’t not chilli and the lid doesn’t screw on it I thought maybe it was missing the sale but no it does not even screw it. It’s like missing a whole piece to it.

I bought this for work when we have parties and people bring in sodas that aren't refrigerated. It made my drink instantly cold. I have different brand I use at home and I do like that one better. But this one is good for work.

I absolutely love my cold tumbler! It’s amazing! I drink only iced coffee and struggle keeping my iced coffee cold as I sip at work. This tumbler keeps my cold coffee with ice cubes chilled for hours beyond what it does in a regular cup. I freeze my tumbler over night with no problem. The special vacuum insulation freezes so when I pour room temperature wine into it, it becomes cold with a short amount of time which is always helpful for trips to the beach when I grab a white wine from the shelf and don’t have time to chill. The silicone exterior provides a great natural grip and prevents hand slipping. The food grade stainless steel and BPA free material gives me peace of mind by ingesting beverages from this tumbler. Needless to say, I’m very pleased.

Disappointed in this product. I was expecting it to make my hot beverage cold in 90 seconds, but it only made it tepid. I had left the cup in the freezer for almost 2 days, so I know it was as cold as it could get. I brewed a cup of tea for my iced tea and when I took it's temperature, it was at 127.8° F. I got the freezer cup out of the freezer and poured my hot tea in it and waited 90 seconds for the tea to get cold. I measured it's temperature in the freezing cup and it had only dropped to 62.1° F. Iit never got any colder. I don't know about you, but that's not cold in my book. If it had been closer to 40° F, that would have been great. It does cool off my beverages so the ice doesn't melt as soon as I pour my hot tea or coffee over it, but I wanted a cold drink you could possibly drink without ice and it be refreshing. I could have put my hot tea in the freezer for about 5 minutes and gotten the results I had with this cup and wouldn't have had an extra thing to wash or take up space in the kitchen.
