I learned to drive in a Jeep 63 years ago. Since then I have always had at least one 4X4. There is certain gear a wise off-roader always carries with them. A tow strap, a folding shovel, extra water and on and on. One of the most important things is a means to inflate tires. When I'm traveling through sand dunes I let the tire pressure down to 15 lbs. or so. When I head back to the highway I have to have a way to inflate my tires back to 32 lbs. I have had 12 Volt compressors / inflators since about 1970. This one made by Dormzie.is by far the best I have ever used! I love the features of this. It's cordless and it is very compact so it is easy to stow in my under deck rear compartment. Some of the ones I've had before took up much more storage space. I like that I can use it at my camp site to recharge my iPhone and Bluetooth speaker and I don't have to go to the truck to do it. The flashlight will come in handy alsoBack when I first started 4X4ing in the dunes I re-inflated my tires by removing a spark plug from the engine, attaching a fitting, then running a bulky air hose to each tire to pump it back up. My 4 cylinder Jeep didn't run very well on only 3 cylinders and this is a million times better. Just buy it. You will love it.

I got this to use on my bike but I will also be using this as an emergency inflator for my car. I was surprised at how well it got my tire back up to pressure. I started at 10 PSI. I was concerned because it said you could only operate for 10 minutes and then it has to rest for 10 minutes. For its size it quickly got the pressure up to 36 PSI and shut off like its supposed to. The smart feature is nice because you don't have to pay attention to possibly over pressuring the tire, especially if using it on a bike. I also tested this for its use as a phone charger. It rapidly charged it without a problem. Even after all of this, it barely used the battery. I like how it is compact and easy to use. I highly recommend that you keep the instructions because understanding the controls is not that intuitive. I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing a small, compact air pump with multiple uses.

I have been wanting one of these tire inflators for some time and finally had the opportunity to purchase one. I drive a delivery van third shift and wanted the piece of mind that one of these inflators would provide me should I run into any issues on the road. I haven't yet needed it for work, but I do pack it with me every night since I received the inflator. The case that it comes with is small and compact and does a good job of keeping all the accessories in one place.I was able to test it a couple of times, and can verify that you can preset the pressure and it will inflate the tire to the preset pressure. It's not super quick, but better than a manual pump. It took a few minutes to inflate an ATV tire from flat, so I assume it would take a similar amount of time to inflate a car tire from an under-inflated state. It's easy to use and the the controls are all pretty straight forward.One minor annoyance is that if your tire is over-inflated it has no way to automatically vent pressure to get the pressure down to where it needs to be. This would be a nice feature that some gas station air compressors have, but since this product is advertised as "Tire Inflator" I guess I can't hold it against them.
