This product worked great and looked really good. Unfortunately I had to return it because it did not fit my firebox. I measured but simehow it just wouldn't fit. Otherwise I would have loved it!

I like it. I grew up with gas logs, but my neighborhood doesn’t have access to gas. This is a good alternative. You have to hide the cord, that’s still a work in progress, but I like the logs.

I had ordered two other fireplace inserts and returned them. This one is excellent. If you didn't look closely, you would assume that it's real. I use my google mini to add fireplace sounds and it has fooled many guests! An excellent product!

Looks nice and has heat. Remote feature is nice.A little noisy though. I suppose most appliances with fans would be noisy.Flame does not really look real at all.

I am using this in an old firebox after removing my old gas fireplace insert. I could only fit the 20" size in my fireplace insert as the insert narrows in the back.. It gives a good amount of heat to warm up my 11 x 22 x 10 foot ceilings room about 5 degrees within an hour or so. My only wish is that the cord were longer because I have to use a 6-8 foot 14 gauge heavy duty extension cord to reach my outlet which is not ideal for safety. I only use this when I am in the room because of my safety concerns. Fireplace logs are the best I found for a real wood look and the flames flicker nicely against my fireplace back wall light colored bricks. I love this so far. Hope it lasts for many years. It is 21" in front, 20" in back , 9" deep and 13" height. The cord is 3 pronged and about 5' long and comes out right rear of unit. Overall I am very pleased.

Our modular home has a lovely, rustic wood burning fireplace, but apparently they are just for show..have been trying to decide the best thing for supplemental heat and ambiance. It took awhile, but finally decided to look at an electric log insert with heater. We decided on the Country Living 20” log insert set, mostly based on reviews, which were excellent; so glad we did, as it is perfect..not too big, not too small, so realistic and beautiful! It gives off a warm gentle heat, which is adjustable, and feel so good! It is heavy enough to be substantial, but light enough for ease of placement. So easy to install..just set it in, plug it in and turn it on..remote works great! What more can I say..we considered a more costly one, but reviews had a few consistent threads that were concerning. So happy with this unit..get one, you can’t go wrong!
