DC 12-48V 5A PWM Motor Fan Speed Controller Temperature Control Digital 4 Wire PWM Driver Module Motor Controller

Temperature measurement range: -9.9-99.9 ℃
Temperature measurement error: The error within the range of 0-50 ℃ is less than 1.2 ℃, and the error in other ranges is less than 2 ℃
Key Description:
"+" and "-" buttons: Switch display during operation, increase or decrease values during parameter setting (long press to continuously increase or decrease). The "OK" button has three functions in total:
1. In running mode, short press to enter the inherent output setting, which is the manual speed regulation setting, with a range of 5-100 (%). Short press again to save and exit.
2. In running mode, long press to enter the temperature parameter setting. After entering, use the "+" and "-" buttons to modify the parameters. Short press the "OK" button to switch between setting items. Set the acceleration temperature "L * *", full speed temperature "H * *", turn off temperature "C * *", and short press the "OK" button again to save and exit the setting.
3. In the power-off state, hold down the "OK" button to power on and enter the function settings. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to modify the settings. Short press the "OK" button to switch between setting items, and sequentially set the PWM output frequency of 20/2.5KHZ "F20/F2.5", PWM output direction forward/reverse "P 1/P-1". Short press the "OK" button again to save and exit.

Detailed description of temperature parameters:
Accelerated temperature "L * *": Range (5-94) When the temperature rises and exceeds this temperature, the PWM output begins to increase with the temperature.
Full speed temperature "H * *": Range (10-99) When the temperature rises or exceeds this temperature, PWM always outputs 100% and the fan runs at full speed.
Turn off temperature "C * *": Range (0-92) Low temperature shutdown temperature. When this value is set to>0, the low temperature shutdown function is enabled. When the temperature is below this temperature, the output is turned off (PWM signal and extended relay output are both turned off). When the temperature rises above the acceleration temperature, the fan restarts and changes speed with the temperature; If the shutdown temperature is set to 0, the low-temperature shutdown function will fail, and the PWM and extended relay output interfaces will always output.
Note: The difference between the acceleration temperature and the full speed temperature should not be less than 5℃, and the difference between the closing temperature and the acceleration temperature should not be less than 2℃. If the value breaks the above temperature difference value when modifying the parameter, the program will automatically adjust the other two parameters.
Display description: Three digit tube: display specific parameters and values. LED X10 RPM: indicates the speed unit indicator. When this indicator is on, the digital tube displays the fan speed. The value is the value after the fan speed is divided by 10. LED "° C" : temperature unit light, this light lights the digital tube to display the temperature measured by the current probe. LED "RUN" : fan running indicator, lit when the fan is running, off when the fan is off, note that this is the control state rather than the actual fan situation, if the fan is faulty, during the running (when the RUN light is on), the alarm signal port output low level.
