Constant humming noise is intolerable. Shows it has a program mode to easily jump to a specific %; I sure as h3ll don’t get it

Obtained micro speed adjustment successfully. My rotary speed adjustment of a DC motor was crewed for my purpose. This digital speed adjustment did the trick. Beware the face covering, may not last cause the first controller cover was cracked.
