Initial set up was easy then had to impot all my files. Didn't use the wired keyboard and mouse that came with it becausecI have wireless ones which the computer easily found. The hookup for speakers was in the front rather than back. Perhaps to make it easier for use of headset. Packed really well

The 9 year-old Dell desktop needed to be replaced and this was a great deal. Setup was a breeze and I was able to put my old hard-drive into this one to have all my files. One complaint, not worthy of taking a star off, the speaker/headphone jack is only on the front. Not sure what Dell was thinking on this one!

Returned it. Constant grinding noise. And it was delivered (late, of course) by the awful UPS company. Friends don't let friends use UPS.

This was a very disappointing order. First, Amazon seems to deny responsibility for the order stating that it is necessary to go to the seller for permission to return.The item arrived on April 2, 2025 and on checking with Dell they state that the warranty expires on May1, 2025.When it leftthe factoryit had8GB of Ram and a 256 GB SSd.Dell states that they do not warranty at all third party add ins which means the memory and ssd are not covered.These units came from the Arab Emirates and were manufactured in Poland.All in all a disappointing experience, not over yet for i do not know what the seller's response will be to my request to return.On the website advetising this product Amazon suggests going to the Dell website which led me to believe it was coming from Dell.Be warned.

The computer we received was not a new computer but was owned by someone in Dubai. We could not use it so it was returned and the refund was processed within a week.
