Extremely fast shipping! Exactly what I ordered! No bloatware! Very affordable and no issues with it being refurbished. Wi-Fi works better than expected. Easy to set up. I liked that it has everything as advertised and that the price was much cheaper than buying a new desktop with Windows 11 pro. It has a TPM 2.0, Core Isolation turned on and BitLocker that can encrypt the drive, all functional! This OptiPlex 7070 replaces my Studio XPS 8100 desktop with 2 horizonal DVD drives.The OptiPlex 7070 is smaller in size and has a one vertical drive in a clamshell case. I decided to add a secondary DVD drive and cobbled the carrier and face plate myself to accommodate the space. Also moved hard drive to smaller bays and added another SSD as a 2TB slave. I had fun playing with it while adding stuff and Tech support was prompt, awesome and very accommodating. Thank you, MaxE Computers!

I was dreading looking for a newer PC since Windows 11 won’t run on my old desktop, it’s barely running Windows 10 with EOL quickly approaching. I have a high tolerance for very slow PCs, so I do not need the latest hardware. Even though I do not like the upgrade process, I am pleasantly surprised, everything came in great condition, turned on the box and did the on-line upgrades, signed into my Microsoft account for OneDrive restore, then I managed to take my old hard drive and install it in the box for additional storage. Now I won’t have to upgrade for a while, maybe 20 more years LOL.This is my first “refurbished” PC, I always bought new, but then it’s a waste of money, PCs tend to last forever and keep on running even after they are no longer usable.I will always purchase used PCs in the future, it makes sense. Thanks to the vendor in Richmond Virginia for delivering my PC.

Tower came wrapped well to protect it in shipping. Cosmetically, it looks like new. It started right up with pre-loaded software, and every component works flawlessly. The tower is lighter and smaller than my old one, and verry quiet. Would definitely buy this again, it is an excellent bargain.

I wanted a reasonably high performance computer and didn't want to spend a lot so I took a chance on this reconditioned model. I was very pleasantly surprised with what I received. It appears to be in perfect condition, and the vendor even through in a keyboard and mouse which I hadn't expected. I've been using it for some weeks now and it is perfect for my needs, and the price was unbeatable!

I spent hours setting this up and everything else is fine, so I downloaded all the recommended driver updates from Dell, none of which gave me Bluetooth. Not going to send this unit back for a replacement bc my time is more valuable that that, si I bought an ASUS USB for the bluetooth and it works fine. The refurbishers should pay me $16 for the BT, I wonder if they'll even read this and respond ... hmm?
