I have had this for about 3 months now and it is still holding strong. I added a GT 710 to start with until I can get a GTX 1650TI. It has Windows 10 Pro, 16GB Ram, 1TB SSD, an i5-4570, and the GT 710 that I added. I can run Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, Rocket League, Fall Guys, Genshin Impact, FNAF Security Breach, Geometry Dash, and a few other games at good fps using the GeForce Experience to optimize the games. I am so glad I bought this computer and it was only 90$ for me but it might be a little more expensive now. I would recommend this to anyone!

As someone who relies on my desktop computer for intense multitasking throughout the workday, I need a machine that can keep up with my demanding workload without slowing down. After testing out the Dell OptiPlex 9020, I can safely say this speed demon delivers productivity optimization at its finest! At the core of this powerhouse sits an Intel Core i5 processor that allows me to glide effortlessly between programs, browsers and apps. Even with multiple resource-heavy programs running, I haven't experienced any lag or freezing thanks to the generous 16GB RAM. The 500GB hard drive gives me ample space for all my files and media as well. What I really appreciate about the OptiPlex is how quickly it boots up and resumes from sleep. I can power it on and get right back to work in mere seconds. The fast solid state drive makes multitasking completely seamless, so I don't waste precious time waiting for applications to load.Despite the compact size perfect for my office desk, Dell didn't compromise on expandability. I can easily add more hard drives or graphic cards in the future to upgrade performance. For those like me who need a productivity powerhouse, this desktop delivers. I highly recommend the OptiPlex 9020 to anyone seeking true speed and multitasking mastery! It's transformed my workflow and takes productivity optimization to the next level.

I needed a replacement PC for simple internet access to AMAZON, news sites and streaming movies. That's it. I'm retired and so I'm looking for savings any way I can in these inflationary times. That said, I wondered about the 'REFURBISHED' DESKTOP' might be the way to go. I have a pretty good and large monitor, so I wanted just the desktop or tower. The price was right and decided to give it a go. Though I was wary about buying something refurbished, AMAZON'S 100% satisfaction warranty gave me some comfort to proceed. I purchased an extended warranty, just in case. The desktop arrived on time and the packaging was really good. No signs of damage. Examining the desktop PC. I found a small dent (blemish) on the side but that was to be expected according to AMAZON'S statement about 'RENEWED' condition. Spent a few minutes hooking hook the mouse, keyboard and using new VGA cable to hook up my monitor. Started up the PC and almost immediately, problems started. While trying to hookup WIFI to my modem (gateway), it asked for the security ID. I input the code and it would not recognize it. Double check it and reinput the code. Nothing, would not accept it. Thinking briefly (15 seconds) what to do, the screen/PC suddenly froze with streaky lines on the screen. I had to unplug the PC so I could attempt a restart. After plugging the PC again. I hit the start button. I could hear a whirling noise, it stopped and then nothing. Attempted this several time. Same thing happens. Nothing.I thought about calling the help desk/customer support, but thought against it. Seems like I was having some sort of hardware issue since I was unable to turn on the desktop, I thought this was a bad start and decided not to even try customer support to try and fix. I even purchased an extended warranty from AMAZON thinking I would need it in case of a failure withing the first couple of years. I didn't think the failure would be immediate. With these thoughts I decided against a replacement or fix and decided to return it.I need to do more research to determine how each 'REFURB' vendor goes about 'refurbishing' computers. If anyone knows, please reply to this comment. Now I'm mulling over whether to try a different vendor, a newer 'refurbed' model, or bit the bullet and buy a new tower.

I ordered this computer for home-office use and couldn't be more pleased. It was packaged professionally, very clean and looked brand new. Startup went flawlessly according to the instructions provided by the seller and Windows 10 Pro activated without any problems or issues. I wasn't expecting much in the way of the included keyboard, but it is actually quite sturdy and responsive. In terms of performance, it is hard to beat this computer for the price. The Intel Core I5 isn't the latest generation, but it is really fast and works very well with my data-intensive applications. 16gb of RAM is enough to power everything I have. And the graphics are quite good for multi-media, although not for dedicated gamers (which I am not). This computer cost me about $200. It did not come with a wifi dongle, but that wasn't really necessary since I connect to my network and the internet through ethernet. Highly recommended.Return window closed on Jul 1, 2020... On July 10, 2020 the power supply or motherboard failed. 10 days past the return window.

Good computer for the price, after a long search for a small desktop computer, I found this one on Amazon. I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished computer; computer was as described except it was cosmetically beat up, several dents and scratches, missing two of the rudder feet pads and the key board and mouse did not come with the original shipment. Contacted the seller PC Server and Parts, inform them of the issues, they emailed me back right away; inform me that they will be sending out the 2 rubber feet as well as the Keyboard and mouse and apologized for these items not being in the original shipment. They also included a back-up disc with the PC. Professional customer service at its best; would recommend them to anyone looking for a refurbished computer. The computer is running great! 5 stars for computer hardware & software installed, 5 stars for customer service, 3 ½ stars for cosmetic defects on the case.
