Excellent as long as this is designed to match the Dell monitor, as the magnets line up perfectly to hold it on to the bottom.

Extremely easy to set up with my DELL monitor and the magnets, worked immediately. Looks nice.Surprised at how bad it sounds though. I probably should’ve expected this for its size, but meetings sound kinda rough. It may not be worth it over my laptop’s speakers even with the lid closed.I’d feel better about it if it was $20. May keep it for its slim form factor, but unsure.

Pathetic product. Soundbar stopped working after a week. It shows error on the devices that it's draining too much power. DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT!

Okay Dell Engineers: you really missed the mark on this one. Sound quality is TERRIBLE. I purchased this Dell SB521A Ultra Thin Soundbar -- along with a new Dell P3222QE 32-inch 4K Monitor -- as a replacement my aging Dell E2715H monitor with the awesome Dell AC511 USB soundbar. The AC511 soundbar has two upper tabs that snap into two slots on the bottom of *some* Dell Monitors...but the new Dell P3222QE 4K monitor was redesigned with two magnetic connectors on the lower edge for this new *TINY* soundbar to snap onto. When I pulled the Dell SB521A Ultra Thin Soundbar out of the box, I thought I'd been punked: the size is barely larger than a #2 pencil. The redesign would have been fine...but the sound quality is unacceptable.Listening to music is a "No thanks, I'll pass" experience on this new Dell SB521A Ultra Thin Soundbar. And as another reviewer mentioned: there is NO MICROPHONE (I knew this before purchasing), so it's not ideal for Teams/Zoom calls. Even if you have a separate microphone -- I use the fantastic FIFINE K052 Rigid Gooseneck USB Microphone and highly recommend it! -- the sound quality on the new Dell SB521A Ultra Thin Soundbar is unacceptable even for dialogue. I did some extensive testing with a patient coworker to switch back and forth between the Dell SB521A Ultra Thin Soundbar and my older Dell AC511 USB soundbar...the difference was not even close! The Dell SB521A Ultra Thin Soundbar sounded like an old tinny clock radio -- spoken dialogue was muffled and hard to hear -- but the Dell AC511 was crystal clear with much more volume/clarity.Dell needs to toss this worthless SKU and go back to the drawing board on the Dell SB521A Ultra Thin Soundbar with a redesign. Get the quality back to what you created so wonderfully in the Dell AC511 USB soundbar and I'll be a customer. For now, I'm sending this worthless tiny piece of plastic -- along with the new Dell P3222QE 4K monitor -- back to Amazon for a refund.Stay away!

Once in a while you stumble across a really great product. This is one of them. Attached to your monitor magnetically to my Dell P3421W, one cord usb connectivity. Just works and sounds great, using macOS and mini.

This soundbar fits nicely by magnet on the bottom of several Dell monitors - see documentation for applicable monitors. The small size is a plus and it has a nice clear sound - very good for watching Youtube videos that are primarily voice or for casual music listening. However the small size means the bass response is too restricted for serious music listening. Worth the money, though, for convenience and decent sound.
