I expect a little more from Delphi. When I get their stuff and it's Made in Mexico I keep and use it. Made in Taiwan, I send it right back and order Motorcraft which is what I did here. Spend the couple extra, nearly the same cost, dollars and get a parts made in Mexico or Canada or the U.S. Not this crap.

WORKED LIKE NEW AFTER INSTAL, SO FAR SO GOOD. Had intermedate issues with truck starting. would start great one day the next not at all. make sure you check the wiring going to the Crankshaft Position Sensor also, mine had some oil damage, but was good. fixed with a little cleaning and heat shrink to cover.

Works as it should. I did not have a problem, yet, with my original Crankshaft Position Sensor. however, ince I had to replace the A/c compressor on my 03 Grand Marquis. And in order to replace the CPS, the compressor has to be removed and pushed aside. So, I went ahead and took the initiative to be proactive on this one. I didn't want to see myself with a bad crank sensor in the future and having to remove the a/c compressor, again.Kill 2 "Birbs" with one stone.

Struggled with my truck for about 3 months, bought this and I should've changed it right away but for some reason I didn't and ended up spending close to 500 on mechanic repairs until the check engine light came on and it was the sensor which I thought it was. Needless to say, follow your gut feeling. It's right 100% of the time. Haven't had any more issues with my truck other than regular maintenance stuff.
