This was my first time doing diamond painting and thought coasters would be a great start so I could pace myself. I personally love tedious craft but it’s not for everyone. If I made a mistake it was easy to pick up with tweezers. Many fell off and that was my cue to redo the tacky stuff in the pen. They all came out great! I have tons of leftover studs so that’s a fun bonus.While the materials and activity were fantastic, my chip off the stars is because the starry night could have been done better. It’s pretty good but there are a couple tiles that wouldn’t make sense if you don’t see the others. Those stay at the bottom of stack in the provided holder. It’s not terrible but could be improved.However given the value and the fact that this took me quite a few hours of fun crafty time it’s totally worth it!

Great price for a fun project. I worked on this with my teen daughters and we had fun.I would recommend grabbing one of the tools they allows you to place more than one crystal at a time (I actually used tape to accomplish this in a few spots.). I also coated the coasters in a I've resin to keep the crystals from falling off.

I'm happy with product. I just wish I had known there is a thin plastic sheet on the back. I didn't know until I had stuck 4 of the cork backing pieces on and now those are ruined and I don't have enough for the remaining coasters.

These are really pretty and fun to do! Diamond Dotz hobbyists will love being able to hold the "canvas" in your hand while you create these. The dotz are silver backed so they are very shiny. Much prettier in person.The only caution I have is...when you are finished dotting these and you're ready to put the cork backing on...make sure that you peel the plastic off of the COASTER BACK first and have a good guesstimate on were you're going to stick the cork after pulling off it's backing! (I stuck the cork on a couple of plastic backed by accident and, since the adhesive is so wonderful, I had a hard time peeling the cork off...)...So just be aware of the step! Enjoy!!!

I just opened it and removed the plastic covering of the first coaster and I was hit by such a strong smell of mold. It looks fine, I'm not getting any weird residue on my hands, but man the smell is so overpowering.

My 17 year old was thrilled when this came. It’s a great project and she ordered another one later for a friend. Beautiful pieces and they are showcased on our counter more to lol at then actually place cups on. Fun project especially on a rainy day.
