Our driveway gate is too far from the house for WIFI contact. This light is bright enough to be seen in daylight from our house. Like a window or door magnetic sensor, this unit activates the blinking light when the gate is not closed. A simple solution.

Low light intensity, would gave ordered the model with audible sound.Description did not say lights intermittently turns on and off, and I presume the same with the audible model.
