Fits Silverado 8-bolt wheel. Very snug. Make sure to wire wheel the inner hub to get rust off before inserting the cap. The only complaint is the seller's photo shows a polished shiny cap and what you actually get is dull raw metal cap. Otherwise it functions as it should.

These DO NOT FIT standard 6 lug 1500’s! They’re for the 8 lug1500HD and 2500/3500 models. And if you don’t have a UPS store nearby, the useless Amazon return policy ensures that it’ll cost you more to return/exchange it than it would to just order the correct part from rock auto.

These fit okay but do not compare to the OEM. The OEM could be gently knocked on with a soft face rubber mallet without doing any damage. But these are very thin and easily cave in.

These are for GMC/Chevy 2500/1500HD 8 lug hubs. I have a 2x4 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 SLE (Non-HD) and this dust cover works just fine. I expect it to rust a bit as the dust cover doesn't seem to be painted or coated (which you can do yourself).Others have complained that they don't work for the Chevy Silvarado1500 non-HD. I believe those have 6 lug and a smaller cover. The 8-lug dust cover is 4" in diameter as shown in my pictures.In case you are curious, I reused my old back dust cover from my old hub. I bought a TIMKEN SP580310 which works for both 4x4 and 2x4 but this hub does not come with dust covers.Note: This dust cover is made of a thin soft metal. DO NOT HAMMER the dust cover directly or you will dent it. Instead tap the dust cover along the edged using a flat head screw driver and a mallet or hammer. See pictures.
