Purchased because of electrical issues with original module( headlights not working). Had more electrical issues with this replacement module than with original one that was not working properly. ( left rear tail lights and marker lights didn't work now and roof cab lights stopped working). Second one received from Amazon seems to work so far but Good luck returning original item to Dorman for a rebate. It is a pain. I am still waiting on "Processing of my return" for 6 weeks after multiple e-mails that they don't acknowledge or update on status of your return. I don't think they want to give out rebates! UPDATE. Now this third one stopped working ! (My headlights don't work anymore.) Just going to return to Amazon for complete refund. Complete waste of time . Buy it somewhere else!!

It is easy to install and comes with easy to follow instructions to get it synced up with your vehicle without having to take it to a dealership.

The product fit my vehicle and seems to do the job. However the whole reason I purchased this part from Amazon is there was supposed to be a core return rebate of 200$. I have reached out to the company and they have not responded.
