It was not an uncomplicated job to install these it was a little bit tricky but it was not extremely difficult. You have to take your time work slow clean everything and make sure you place them in the right spot. It's not that hard if you just remove the entire assembly right out of the dash and set it on a table get out the tools they tell you in the directions and just follow the steps one two three you'll be done

I bought this part for a 1993 grand marquis that the odometer wasn’t working on it. The install took about 2 hours to complete it. The old dials had the teeth melted. Hopefully these dials will last the life of the car.

Replaced the worm gear in my 96 Ranger, worked like a champ. You do need to use a pair of vice grips or a bench vice to press the part on. Odometer operational again.

Package came as promised with no problems. This was purchased to repair the odometer in my 2000 Ford Ranger which Amazon said it would fit. This truck is somewhat of a project so I did not disassemble the instrument cluster for over a month after receiving the product. Once disassembled it was very clear that these do NOT fit a 2000 Ford Ranger and because it has been over a month I can not even return them so I am stuck with $42 dollars worth of plastic gears that I don't even know what they fit. Very disappointed.
