Living in Florida our power can some times be questionable. Picked this us as somewhat as a hurricaine supplement. But, realizing having children in the just over 21 age, it helps with that as well.We have a strict no drinking and driving policy. If you're +21 you may drink, but in all good Mom of me, you may not drive yourself home. Often I'm too tired to bring you home. (In all fairness they are never super over the limit, and they don't have far to go, when I was 14 my best friends Step Mom got into a head on crash from someone barely over the Limit, she was un-alived that evening)So any drinking is a stay over event. This mattress is super easy to put up, even easier to take down.Has a built in pillow. It don't feel all plastic like. It's a nice bed for a single person. In florida we don't always have power with our storms and it's super simple to inflate and deflate with no power. It's just a step on it, and in less than a few minutes you have it up.We have 2 pups and a cat and inflated it for the night and they didn't pop it. It held its air very well.Combined this mattress with a light weight sleeping bag in the house and it was comfy and tempature was great. The value for the price was certainly there. Was more affordable than a dui, and honestly the cost of the thought of not hurting someone else is priceless. Very happy with the bed. It's super lightweight, will work in a camping atmosphere and will work in a home atmosphere. It don't need power to inflate or deflate. It's lightWeight, but is actually there enough to hold a full size man. It's definitely good for 1 full size human. I wouldn't try to put a couple on it. I don't think it would stand up to all that. But just having someone sleeping on it, I think it'll do just fine.Make sure the area is swept well if it's inside, if in a tent. Make sure you rake the area below the tent prior to using. It's good, but it is a blow up mattress. Have to make sure you get any pokey bits out from under it.Great to use with a sleeping bag in a tent.if using inside, a sheet and a lightweight blanket (in florida) is perfect. It's a very nice mattress and it's very easy to put together.Very happy

Great budget sleeping pad. There are many on the market just like it, just slightly different patterns in how they weld out together. It packs up small (10"x4.5" after inflating and packing again). The actual inflated dimensions I measure are 75"x25", which is less than advertised for inflated, but this is a pretty standard size across all sleeping pads. On my scale, with the carry bag, the weight is exactly 1.9 lbs, as stated. The material seems pretty durable. Kind of a fabric-plastic feel similar to inflatable mattresses. I counted 100 steps to fully inflate it. It goes very fast though and takes very little effort. That's with my foot horizontal to the bottom of the pad, covering every bit of the inflator area. Be careful as it would be easy to get carried away and overfill it. In fact, about 90-95 steps is what's comfortable to me. I'm a side sleeper and need some contouring to be comfortable, and it does do a pretty good job. The pillow is way too flat for me, but it will help a real pillow from sliding off quite as easy. The inflator pad area/valve is on the opposite end from the regular inflate/deflate valve, and ok opposite side. So you'll always have the a hard button valve either by you feet or by your head. Not a big deal, just fyi. There isn't a little button in the valve to just release a tiny bit of air for fine tuning the pressure, like some nicer bags have. There are buttons down the sides for attaching a second pad if you want to sleep double. I'm not sure if this would work with other brands or not, probably not.Sleep quality is good, as good as these get. Air retention was good with no leaks, and they do give you some little stickers in case you get a leak. If you do get a picture, I wouldn't rely on them. I'd advise you to use some real PVC glue when you have a chance. At this price, you can easily replace it if you have any issues, so I think you get a good value from these. What you don't get is any insulation or r-value, so you need something between the pad and the ground if you have cooler weather. When you lay on a sleeping pad and compress the insulation, you lose your thermal properties under you, so don't count on much help from a sleeping bag.I do recommend this sleeping pad for budget conscious campers for summer use.

This is the 4th self-pump sleeping mat I own (3rd single sized one). I prefer to inflate this with my hands in a CPR-like motion instead of using my foot, which is more comfortable and efficient for me.This sleeping mat is lightweight and air retention is well. Don't expect a luxurious sleeping experience on an air mat, but this wasn't terrible and beats sleeping on the bare floor. This is easy to deflate and store in the included storage bag and is faiirly compact. For about $30, this wasn't the most comfortable but definitely not the least.

It is a great pick for backpacking trips where you have limited space. It has a built in foot pump that takes about roughly 20 pumps to fully inflate. it does the job of lifting you off the ground and provides some padding. Now, is it enough to forget your sleeping on the ground? Definitely not, but again this is not meant to be for luxury sleeping. It appears to retain the majority of the air after a night's use, but since it is thin already, you can tell the difference in the morning, as my hips were touching the floor in the morning.Additionally, after the first use, I noticed oil residue on the back part of the foot pump. Unsure of if it was picked up from the carpet or if their was residues inside the pump from production. The one thing I can't get on board with is the noise factor. This bed produces a loud plastic rustling sound whenever you flip over, which is very agitating for me since I am sensitive to sudden sounds when sleeping. Imagine camping, already having to wake up from any critter that gets near my tent at night, and then having the added sounds of the mattress pad, which makes for a very restless night.Wish they had zero-noise air mattresses on the market.
