I purchased Dr. Arthritis Toe Straightener Foot Brace for the arthritis in my big toe, hoping it would alleviate some pain and discomfort. The box contains two braces, which is nice, and it does fit inside my shoes (Topos and Halflingers) which is a plus. The only thing I would suggest would be to wear thin, comfortable toe socks (as I'll mention below), apply the brace, and then wear your regular socks over that.My toe pain often occurs at night and the material is a little abrasive to wear without socks but I have found that bamboo fiber or very soft cotton toe socks provide the most comfort for nighttime. I would not recommend wrapping these braces tightly as that causes more pain, at least for me.Thus far these braces have helped decrease my nighttime toe pain dramatically and I would certainly recommend them.

I’ve always been insecure about my bunions on both feet and wearing correctors but at least these are cute & pink. The Velcro is strong so I don’t have to worry about these coming undone in the middle of the night. They keep my toe straight! Of course my toe starts to hurt after a few hours but that’s how I know it’s doing its job.

It is comfortable to wear in bed. I use it as a post op support for my big toe. It is easy to put on.

I have a "bunion like" knot on one foot, caused by arthritis. I was hiping these would help stop, or at least slow down, my toe curving inward. Or maybe help with some of the pain.Unfortunately these are so uncomfortable ill never know. The seams are so rough, and the material is like sandpaper against my skin. I cant imagine anyone being able to stand the feel of them long enough to find out if they help at all.I gave them 2 stars just trying to be fair...since theyre advertised as BUNION CORRECTORS and mines not actually a bunion...but...the outcome is the same.Zero comfort.Sorry...
