I put these on a bass guitar kit build. It really looks pretty sharp with the green/yellow color shift paint. And I love the sound and playability of these strings. Would buy again.

They are a little bright, both audibly and visually. The coating is nice and easy on your fingers though it breaks down a little quicker if you're using a pick. I like them so I keep buying them.

Loved these! Arrived a day early and installed them immediately. The colour is just as bright as I was hoping. The tone is a little harsher than my old strings but the tone is good and they look amazing on my blue bass. They are gentler on the fingers than uncoated strings. So far they hold their tuning very well. Would recommend if your bass needs a pop of color or if you're just a fan of neon!

DR strings are good. The neon yellow looks stunning on my holoflash spector. They are not coated for extra long life but my first set lasted a long time. They are not super super bright, but stay consistently good, with enough definition. And with those looks you can't afford to make mistakes, so it is a good practice pusher ;)

Corde fantastiche. Non solo per il fattore estetico perché danno un tocco di colore allo strumento.. Si illuminano sotto i raggi uv dei fari e poi anche il sound è fenomenale. Le prossime che acquisterò daranno le Total black

I switched to DRs quite a few years ago after using Dean Marley Blue Steel forever .......When the coated strings came out I was a little apprehensive as I thought they would be a little muddy.....boy was I wrong and pleasantly surprised.....they are as bright as you want them to be and last forever .....I use them on all 9 of my basses.....they look cool as hell too.....
