This product exactly meets its description. It comes in a great bag and was precisely what I required. I considered cheaper alternatives but ultimately chose this one, and it’s fantastic. It’s as good as it can be for its intended purpose 😂.

The black plunger part came off the end of the rod and got stuck in my pipe.I wouldn’t buy this product as the black plunger part doesn’t secure tightly on the rod.I now have to call a drain doctor to come out and either pull it out or push it through.

Good product in strong bag and with useful accessories - but not suitable for my drain because it wasn't flexible enough. Returned and awaiting refund.
