I prefer EBC brakes to all other brands when available for the given application. Sometimes make a small squeak at low speeds in stop and go traffic, but well worth the performance they give.

This is the 2nd set of EBC green pads I have installed on my '99 2 door 4WD Tahoe.When I first bought the Tahoe I swapped the OEM pads with Yellow EBC pads, they stopped great, but I wore out the pads in exactly 1 year in just normal day to day traffic. A bit too aggressive pad.So I switched to the green pads. Stopping distance is good, and this time they lasted a little over 2 years.For longevity you can't beat the OEMs, but for stopping they are significantly better than stock.I have no problem recommending these brake pads and will continue to use them in the future.

Work very well. I did have to do a little grinding to get them to fit in the caliper, but it was pretty minor. Seem to work well so far. Using these with EBC GC7013 3GD Series Dimpled and slotter rotors. Can really tell in wet conditions that they are working.
