These are exactly as pictured with neoprene and Velcro strip. Thing is, they are all 4 made really well! Honestly I did not expect this based on a previous purchase from a totally different Seller. Not these! They are sewn properly (all 4!) and are ready for action. 4 of these babies covers most exposed areas. They offer excellent protection and with my matte black EMTB, they blend right in. Almost unnoticeable, which is what I wanted. These protectors consist of 4 very high quality neoprene and Velcro chain stay protectors at an incredibly low price :-). And... no little loose stray threads, none. I installed only 2 today. 1 on the chainstay and another to protect front wires and such. I do this because at fairly colder temps the front of bike exposed cables take alot of wind which at higher speeds they can freeze, sieze or lock up. These serve as great insulation for all forementioned exposed cables and wires. I plan to add the last 2 neutralizesĺ some more of my cables at a neutral temp under the front storage to again, keep all of those handlebar cables and wires safely protected. A GREAT buy!
