ON SUCH A COMPLICATED TOOL, IT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON ITS USE.THIS IS NOT A HAMMER OR A SCREWDRIVER!!!!!EVEN JUST A PIC OF THE COMPONENTS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE USAGE POSITIONS WOULD HAVE HELPED.I HAVE A COUPLE WEEKS TO RETURN IT AND I MAY JUST DO SO.
