What a great microphone, I am using one of them for my ham radio headphone mike system and everyone I talked to was surprised at the quality and price and the size is incredible. I only used one and now I have enough mike elements to last me years. Great deal, it does need 3 volts phantom power. I used an adapter from XLR to mini plug to power the mike connected to my mixer. The adapter reduced the 48v phantom power to 3v and it is a solid installation.
