This chair is made out of good material and has a reasonable price. It took three attempts to get the assembly right because of the complexity of the chair and the lack of good assembly instructions. I had to go to the web to look for the chair, and guess what went where. When the installation package comes with extra screws or bolts kind of tell you they are not a precision manufacturer. I am having issues with how to use some of the controls, as I am not getting the same functions that are on the web.

It really is a comfortable chair that fits my needs sitting a long time at the computer. Let people know that it's easier if two people work together to assemble it.

This chair is amazing! It's very comfy to use and I sometimes work 12 hour shifts at my computer. The reclining feature is fantastic as well. I'm not a heavy person but I am tall 6'3, and this chair does wonders for my back.The bottom of the chair has a turn style knob to adjust the tension required to push the back of the chair into a reclining mode.The instructions don't mention this part as best as I could tell, but: if you want to recline with the kickstand out, once you fully recline, push the lever towards the seat (inwards) and you can lock its position.

I purchased this chair for my husband about a month ago. He has been working from home more, and the other chair that he had was not comfortable at all. This chair gave him better lumbar support and better cushion. The head rest is a plus too! He does not really use the leg rest, as it is too short for him (he is 6ft). Overall, I would recommend this to any work from home employees.

This item is very heavy, the instructions are not that difficult to use, just difficult to read as they are vague.My only problem was that it came with the hardware to install the leg rest as posted, however that being the first thing to install just confused me as the bottom it came with is not the bottom that allows that installation. No holes compatible to the attachment hardware!The only other issue is the lumbar seems just to pronounce for my back and being over 6 foot tall the head rest is useless

great value. comfortable. light and easy to move. the Qcode video that shows how to put this together was fantastic. other manufacturers should take note. ended up buying 2 of these cuz after my son tried it, he wanted one too!
