This review is for the product only. (Wish I could say the same for the delivery driver) All the parts are there and seem to be of good quality. Instructions are included and the gloves were a thoughtful touch! I'm also loving that the screws are hex, which are easier to work with, IMHO. And thanks also for including the hex screw driver.Would order again from your company! Thanks!

I recently purchased a black office chair for my workspace, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The sleek, modern design fits well with most décor, and the black color gives it a professional look. The chair offers good lumbar support, and the adjustable height makes it easy to customize for long hours of sitting. I like the size as it is not huge and that is what I needed to comfortably move around my desk. The cushioning is firm but comfortable. Assembly was straightforward. For the price at $69, it's a solid, reliable option for everyday use. I wouldn't pay more than that though. The wheels I wish were more sturdy and better. They get stuck sometimes when I am moving around my desk.

Nothing is wrong with it. I only opened it see the wheels width how thick it would be and apparently my room is very small and I won’t be able to actually use the vanity chair. I would like to return it and and credit to use it on my purchase for stool chair instead.Off course I have in mind I will pay any difference
