Comfort: good. Assembly: terrible.UPDATE: I received notice from the manufacturer that they will provide a full refund. This changes things, especially since much of the problem was created by my hammy fists. I'm updating my review accordingly.Granted I am no handyman, but this was so difficult I stripped out a couple of bolts trying to screw them in. My fault, yes, so I am no good for a return/refund. I am going out today to buy replacement bolts - hopefully they are not proprietary sizes. I will give the chair a fair try.

Really nice, like the white desk chair, even thou the plastic is more cream and the material is snow white, its lovely. We ordered another one! Thanks !! The Customer service is amazing and we love the 5years warranty

Very comfortable. I love that the arms move up so that i can fit the chair completely under my ikea micke desk. Chair cushion is comfortable. The ability to lean back is nice. Arm rests are also comfortable. The pink is beautiful and vibrant. Easy to put together. Glides smoothly on my tiled floor. Heavy duty - my almost 300 lb 6’6” husband sits on it without fear of breaking it. It also moves up and down nicely.

I wish I could get this type of customer service for every item I purchase online. This company really knows what they are doing when it comes to customer service! 1) they contact you after your purchase to ensure there are no problems with your chair. 2) They respond to requests within 24 hours. 3) They stand behind their product; if there is a issue they resolve it quickly. My chair came together beautifully and it only took me an hour to put it together (all the tool you need are included along with gloves, which was a plus for me). I love the fact that I was able to match the chair to my office decor. the chair cylinder was short enough for me (I'm 5'4") and its comfortable (I sit in in for about 4 hours a day). I mentioning this because I read many reviews prior to purchasing online and one person mentioned the chair was too high.Regardless of what your issue may be, this company will do whatever it takes to make it right as many other reviews have stated. This company is the "Chick-fil-a" of the U.S. when it comes to customer service.If you are in need of an office chair, don't hesitate to purchase this chair. You may want to hurry before our president tariffs goes into effect (I think this chair ships from China). Currently, the price is right for this office chair.

I LOVE this chair! I wanted one with movable arms moved so I could use it with my sewing machine and this fits the bill. It was easy to assemble, very very sturdy with an adjustable lumbar support. But then I decided I needed a longer gas cylinder to raise my seat higher, I contacted the company to see if they had a longer one that I could purchase. They actually sent me one, FREE OF CHARGE, to add another 4 inches to the seat height, in addition to sending me links on how to remove the shorter cylinder which were very helpful. EXCELLENT customer service!! I would strongly recommend this chair and company. Thank you!!

I’m disappointed with this purchase, though I have to admit it’s partly my fault for not paying closer attention to the product description. I thought I was buying a fully fabric office chair, but the arms and seat area are actually made of a blue plastic material. The description refers to this as “luxurious leather,” but I’m not convinced – it certainly doesn’t feel luxurious to me.The colour was another letdown. The listing showed a bright royal blue, but what I received is more of a dark navy, which wasn’t what I wanted. As I sit here writing this review, I’m already starting to feel uncomfortable – the chair makes me sweat even though it’s winter here in Scotland, where temperatures are often as low as -5°C to -10°C. I’m dreading how unbearable it might be to use this chair during the summer months.Comfort-wise, it’s not great either. It’s not the worst chair I’ve ever sat on, but it’s far from being the most comfortable. To give it some credit, it swivels smoothly, which is probably its only redeeming feature. Unfortunately, returning it isn’t an option for me because it took the better part of my afternoon to assemble, and I’m not keen on losing even more time dealing with that hassle again.All in all, this chair hasn’t lived up to my expectations in terms of quality, comfort, or design. As time passes, I’m already getting dead leg so I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat on!! It was very easy to put together and I haven’t had a moment where my bottom half was hurting. I’ve tried pillows but this chair by far is the best. I work from home so I’m sitting most of my day but I’m super comfortable in this one. And it’s cute too, also doesn’t hurt that it’s my favorite color! Definitely recommend this chair, a little pricey but worth it!!

Love my hot pink chair! I wish it went down another half inch ( or inch) I'm short 5'1" so my feet barely touch the floor. I'll just use a small for rest, problem solved.

I love this chair!!! I have sat in the chair for hours and never got uncomfortable. I don’t think my expectations were very high but this chair beyond exceed what I was looking for. I’m 6’1 and the highest height and gives the posture that I need. 100% support the chair!!!

The customer service was quite good, as was the unboxing experience. I think they put a fair bit of thought into it.Every thing was in good condition and there were no missing pieces; it assembled quite easily. In fact, I think there was at least spare of each type of fastener in the bag, just in case, and a few extra washers as well. (pro tip: these washers are handy in case you want to make micro adjustments on how the chair sits left or right by adding an extra washer or two on one side or the other when mounting the seat which is a nice touch, particularly if you're spine is not perfectly straight for example; so you can make it a personalised fit)The seat material is so white it almost looks like it glows and it is a good look looking chair.I really like the lumbar support which helped me with my lower back pain.And it rolls very quiet and smooth.It is a big improvement over my last chair which cost over $600, so pleased with the upgrade for a lower price.

I am very happy with this chair though it was a bit of a challenge putting it together… would have helped to have two people to hold some parts. I tried ordering the green color and I love it. Only reason it is 4 stars is that it is a bit stiffer than I wanted but hoping it will relax some. It’s a good chair and rolls and adjusts well, I would buy another if I ever needed one. I do really like the look of it!

Me parece una excelente silla, es la mejor que he tenido hasta el momento, fácil de ensamblar, muy cómoda y resistente. Solo le pongo un pero, la base, donde van las llantas está muy alta y no la hace buena opción para escritorios que tengan entre 66 y 70 cms de alto, estos quedan muy abajo, le puse la base de mi antigua silla y quedo perfecta. La recomiendo 100% siempre y cuando tengas una base "plana" o tu escritorio sea de más de 90cms de alto.
