Easily assembled and well explained with documentation. I like the way there is one extra screw, bolt, cover etc. just in case.Chair is comfortable, reclines smoothly....doesn't collapse back like some other chairs I have used. Lumbar support, arms and head rest all provide good support. Sturdy whilst being able to move on the wheels easily.Overall excellent value for money and so pleased I purchased it.Also company reached out to me shortly after delivery to see if I had any questions, offer some tips for use and offer additional lumbar support if needed.

It was easy to put together. The chair is very comfortable and supportive, which I desperately needed as I am sitting for more than 9 hours a day. It looks great too!! Totally worth every penny I spent!!

Llegó en perfecto estado, fácil de armar y las instrucciones son claras. La calidad de la silla es excelente y la comodidad es muy buena. Paso varias horas sentado y todo ok. Solo considera que es una silla para personas de mínimo que midan 1.68 hacia arriba ya que en el nivel más bajo de la silla sigue siendo algo alta.

Really great chair for the money (4.5 Rating)...Easy to put together with a lot attention to detail, comfortable, and a lot of great features you would generally pay $250+ for. My only issue with it really is the arm rests - though they are padded very comfortably and I find it great that they rotate vertically for space savings (and for playing guitar during some down time) - they are a bit narrow. My arm placement when using my mouse tends to naturally sit on the edge or a bit outside these armrests so I wish they were a little wider (or even rotated horizontally as well) to accommodate.

Love this chair! I got the white and blue one, and it’s so good-looking. The cushions are super comfy, the tilt-up armrests and coat hanger are really handy, and it feels sturdy and well-made—totally worth it!

Me encantó que se puede ajustar muy bien la altura a personas con piernas muy largas, también lo puede usar una persona de corta estatura, es muy cómoda porque se ajusta a diversas actividades que realizas en el escritorio, como ver la pantalla, dibujar o jugar videojuegos. Fue fácil de armar y quedó muy firme.

The seat is really comfortable. For someone who is short, the chair is adjustable to fit me even though I’m 5’1. The material is very good and the instructions were easy to follow.

The chair was easy to put together and seem pretty comfortable at first step. The two things about it which I would like an improvement are that the headrest seems a little flimsy and the width of the arms are a little small. I'll continue to use the headrest but if it seems flimsy I might take it off. The cushioning is good and the chair seems of sturdy construction (excluding the headrest)

Es sin duda una silla muy buena, pero eso no la exenta de tener problemas, el soporte lumbar es bueno pero no se termina de adaptar del todo a mi espalda, le hacen falta más ajustes de altura supongo, seria bueno si el reposacabezas estuviera un tanto más hacia adelante pues no encuentro una posición lo suficientemente cómoda para estar sentado trabajando y apoyando mi cabeza, el asiento es el mayor fuerte de la silla, muy acolchado, aunque ya he pasado varias horas sentado sigue manteniendo su forma y no se vuelve duro o incomodo, y al ser de tela tampoco te quedas pegado.Tiene detalles muy buenos que la verdad no esperaba por este precio, la base es de metal y se siente muy resistente, las ruedas son tipo patín y desliza bastante bien, así como las partes de plástico se siente que es plástico de buena calidad y que no se rompería fácil.Como ultimo solo agregaría que la silla es bastante alta incluso en su altura mínima, lo que puede ser un punto negativo para algunas personas, el reposacabezas tiene altura ajustable aunque es un poco duro de ajustar, y el armado de la silla es fácil y rápido, solo abre tardado cerca de 20-30 minutos en armarla, por lo tanto mi calificación final son 4 estrellas.

I bought this chair at about $110 on a Black Friday sale. It was exceptional! The chair came disassembled in a box that barely fit everything. Everything was easy to take out an unwrap. The instructions were thorough and had pictures to help. It took about 40 minutes to set up. It also came with a few extra bolts and washers. This chair is more comfortable than I expected after I put it together. The seat and backing are supportive and relaxing! The headrest is okay and somewhat uncomfortable but I may remove it later anyways. Some parts had some scuff marks on it but it's very superficial. Overall a great product!

I bought this to replace a basic mesh backed office chair I had for several years. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks 8+ hrs an day and am very happy with it.The seat appears to very dense foam and after using multiple cushions on my old chair my tailbone and back immediately stopped hurting during this. The arm rests flip up and down very easily and if I want to sit with a leg underneath me or alittle sideways the arms are never in my way. They just push up gently. The wheels are definitely better then your average plastic wheel on a rolling office chair and the lumbar support piece you can move up and down is sturdy and stays in place. And the head/neck rest is the perfect height for me to get good neck support when I lean back. I also love the piece to hang your jacket on the back of the chair. I work from home so I use it to hang my blanket on the back of chair and love that it’s never dragging on the ground anymore.My only complaint is a minor one, and it’s that the chair height doesn’t go down alittle more. I’m 5’2 and my feet just touch the ground in this chair. I typically use an under desk elliptical which really isn’t something I can do anymore because I can’t get my feet flat on the pedals when I’m sitting the chair.Putting together the chair was extremely easy, it took me about 45 minutes from opening the box to having a fully assembled chair. There was a part towards the end that did require me to sit the seat upside down on another chair to get the angle I needed to put the base attachment on the bottom of the seat correctly since I was alone.Overall great chair but wish I could the height down alittle bit more.
