packaging was great, nice n health on arrival.Don't know what happened afterwards. I watered it every other day of so. Keep in mind I had this indoors the whole time. It ended up drying up.

Arrived rather quickly and so healthy. Everything was included to arranged it within the container. The only thing wrong was the little ornament within was broken, nothing a little loctite didn't fix. Great seller with great Bonsai trees!!!

I was hoping a bonsai from eve's garden, no from a close by nursery they don't even have two months, and are already dead looks like it was from a cutting didn't even have good roots. Very disappointed.

My son is 14. He somehow got an interest in Bonsai Trees last year. I found this tree on Amazon and thought it might be a good starter set so we ordered for a Christmas present. The packaging was not too bad. Not great but not horrible. That little brownish bridge you see in the picture. It's about 1.5 inches. Just to give perspective to the size of this set. Anyone with any real world experience with Bonsai trees would likely have put the item back in the package and sent it right back.None the less, we opened the tree on Christmas morning and walked through the instructions to get it all setup up. Again, it is a very small set. We placed the tree next to a window that had plenty of sunlight. My wife is a horticulturist with the degree. She walked us through how much water, where to place it to get the right amount of sunlight, etc...Well fast forward 30 days. The tree was dead within 1 month. Based on the condition of the tree, the soil that comes in the package, etc... the odds of keeping this tree alive are pretty slim.For $16...? it's not a bad price, but truly this is yet another example of you get what you pay for.We are now reverting to YouTube. There are a bunch of videos that show you how to make a Much better tree and where to find a much better pot.Bottom line: Not a good buy...

Really nice starter kit! Arrived well-packaged and the tree is a decent size. Only complaint is that the soil it comes with has too much Styrofoam in it. I've had it for 2 weeks and there are no signs of it dying yet! Just do your homework on how to take care of these mini trees and it'll live!

When I got the package I was so excited to get started, but when I opened the package I had to laugh a little to stop my self from getting angry! It was such a pathetic little plant that was smushed by the way it was packed. Not only that but the pot I was supposed to plant it in was about the size of a matchbox car. I am so disappointed. I was really looking forwarded to the experience of taking care of a bonsai tree! Guess I'll have to try it some other way.

Awesome! Beautiful plant. Looks just like the picture. May eventually need a bigger pot but it is absolutely beautiful!! I love it!!
