I use this antenna and cable to boost the Bluetooth range on a Denon DZ-300 media player in a school gymnasium. It increase the range from 50 feet to over 150 feet. The rack where the unit is located is on stage in the very back corner which is part of the gym. The stage itself is 30 feet deep and the gym would add another 120 feet. So the range is at least 150 feet.I don't know the maximum range because I do not have access to the building adjacent to the gymnasium. I can now go anywhere in the gymnasium or on stage with no dropout issues..I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it if you were having Bluetooth range issues. One thing to make sure you check before purchasing is the polarity you need for your antenna. this antenna and cable are reversed polarity (RP) so make sure you check with your device manufacturer. The easiest way to check the polarity is on your device where the antenna screws in if there is a center pin sticking out on the unit where the antenna screws in it is reversed polarity. If there is no center pin sticking out where the antenna screws in to the unit it is standard polarity. I hope this helps you.

Purchase this trying to improve the reach from the cab of a 2022 truck to the Furrion Vision S rear camera on the back of a 2021 40-foot 5th wheel RV. The challenge was fitting the SMA end of the antenna with the Furrion hood. With a little modification using my Dremel, fix that problem. The other problem is the antenna would not stay in position. A dab of Loctite 271 fixed that problem too.The antenna helps get the signal into the cab without sticking another antenna out the window.I gave it three stars because of the modifications I had to make.

I have installed a night owl wi-fi cameras, but 2 of them became in on- off signal and the reception was very low. When I put the kaunosta high gain antenna, Wao the signal stay firmly and high reception.

Count me among those who are impressed. I have a small computer in my work shed, its a Lenovo m93p Tiny, just your basic productivity unit. The problem though is that the shed is about 50 feet away from the house and maybe an additional 20 feet from where the router is in the building. The stubby wifi antenna that I had on the pc was able to pull a signal, but it was pretty pitiful. My goal in purchasing this antenna was to mount it on the outside of the shed and run the wire through the wall to the pc. There has been a change in plans. As a test a ran a speed test with the original antenna and then with this one (both inside and outside).; the results were very surprising. (see photos). The download speed with the stubby antenna was 2.92 Mbps, with this new antenna, inside the building, leaning against a window, the download speed was 24.05Mbps; that's a pretty darn good improvement.I then ran 2 tests with the antenna outside: the first was with it just hanging down from a windchime mount, the second was with it pointing up, leaning in the window frame. Both times the download speed tapered off at only a bit above 11Mbps, when I brought the antenna back inside leaning against the window the speed went back up to over 20Mbps. I guess that I'll just leave it inside.

Used this antenna on my King Wifimax unit for our camper. It works so much better then the swift 3db one that came with the wifimax. It is mounted right next to the swift antenna so we can switch between the 2 antennas. When the camp site wifi is far from our camper we use this antenna but if we are close to the camps wifi signal we will use the Swift antenna. So it has been great have both option to choose from. It will even pick up 5g signals. However most of the sites we camp at are only 2.4g.

I have installed two Xmarto security camera systems that I purchased from Amazon. Both work well overall with the aid of a couple of accessory external antennas. However, I installed the second system at my M-I-L's house which is covered with aluminum siding. I simply could not keep one camera from "dropping out" due to a low signal. I tried a couple of different 7 dba accessory antennas but the camera signal remained weak (1 to 2 bars) and unstable. When I saw that this antenna was rated at 22 dbi I knew that it might do the trick. It did! The camera signal is now three bars and rock-solid.If you are having a weak signal issue I highly recommend this antenna.

TLDR: This antenna is no better in performance than the stock OEM antenna.I live in a rural area and needed a little more signal to my workshop (a wood building with windows). This item is supposed to be "high gain" for a better wifi signal. After swapping out my OEM antenna on two different Wifi devices (an Alfa 2.4 ghz, and a pepwave 2.4 ghz) neither one demonstrated an improved signal whatsoever. This applied to send and receive traffic. I used a tool to measure signal, so it wasn't just me guessing about the performance. Additionally, by adding the included extension cable to try to improve signal quality via moving the antenna around not only didn't help, but made the signal worse. I saw approximately 20% loss in overall signal every time I put the extension cable into the configuration.Very disappointed.

This WiFI antenna works as intended. Possibly around 18-22dbi. Would be a great upgrade for a regular antenna. However, the extension cable isn't great, or possibly the one I got was defective, since it reduced the gain by nearly 50 percent. Another con is the price... you can find similar antennas in a much lower price.
