This Facon fan lasted only a few months before failing.In my opinion this item is not worth buying.

I live off grid in an old school bus and this little fan helped so much on those hot still days. I had tried a couple of others that were cheaper but they broke or just weren't effective but this one does the job. I will order another soon to mount over my heater to help distribute the heat.

I've gone through about 6 of these fans. They work great for a month maybe then they start getting grindy loud. I've taken them apart to clean them and tighten them up and that helps for a day and then back to crap. They are poorly made and there is a reason they are cheap. Unfortunately, they look just like the others offered on Amazon at different prices so there is no way to know if it is the same product being sold by different vendors at different prices or if quality changes with price. Too bad. Save your time and money.

I installed the fan in the pilot house of my 252 Parker. It was simple to install is quiet and moves a lot of air. This one is on the port side may put another in on the starboard side.

When I first installed them in place of the 2 fans in my RV, they were pretty noisy, about the same as the old failing fans. Within 10-20 hours of running they got a lot quieter. Now, we don’t even notice them. And they move substantially motair than the original fans. I’m very satisfied.
