I purchased this for my 2008 Kia Sorento 3.3. The OEM Sorento valve cover gaskets don’t last very long and will leak oil all over the alternator. This ends up destroying it. I’ve had to change my alternator twice because of this. Installation is a little difficult because the intake manifold must be removed and the gasket must be replaced. It’s also a good idea to replace the spark plugs and coils while perform this job because they are located under the intake manifold. I used a dab of high temp RTV on the timing cover and cylinder head mating surface where the valve cover gasket sits before installing the gaskets. I like these gaskets because they seem to be a more durable than the original. So far everything is leak free. Only time will tell.

Well, if anyone owns a 2007 Santa Fe, knows that that year was defective and leaked oil directly onto the alternator. So eventually you'll have to change the valve cover gasket, and the alternator depending on how bad it's covered with oil. Lucky me, I got to do both. Seems to be holding up fine, but also don't forget the RTV gasket maker in that corner, or it'll just wind up leaking again.
