I recently purchased the Belfans Fly Repellent Fan and have been thoroughly impressed. This simple but clever device has made a huge difference during outdoor meals . The fan seems to work and is very quiet. The holographic blades look neat. I do wish it came with a rechargeable battery as opposed to requiring (2) AA batteries, but this is not a big deal.

If you ever have bugs flying around your food area during a potluck, you know it’s annoying. This keeps your food free from the bugs. Can’t explain how. It just does!

This works when plugged in and requires 2AA batteries. I gave it 3 stars due to the cost, I see other identical items selling for less than half the price. I misunderstood and thought this was a rechargeable (and came with batteries, which it did not), so now that I"ve seen that it must be plugged in to use, or use batteries I can't say that its worth the cost.
