Bought this for my daughters 4th birthday and she was Erie of it at first but as soon as she realized it didn’t go that fast she has LOVED it and wants to ride it allllll the time. After about a month of riding it multiple times a day and getting used to holding the button the rear wheel started locking up. I reached out to support and Cathy was able to help us super quick and is replacing the entire scooter so my daughter can get back to riding! Great customer service and when the scooter was working it was fantastic! Thank you Cathy!

I purchased 3 scooter for twins & 1 daughter. All of them broke within 2 months! 2 of them stopped holding a charge and then stop charging all together and the third the back wheel froze up and also does not hold a charge. Theses were $200 each when I purchased and it was a waste! Do not purchase this item from any of the vendors that are selling it. Many people have similar issues!

My 5 year old loves it! Battery range is decent, I only charge once a week. With its foldable body I'm able to navigate it to fit in the trunk. It's adjustable so she'll have it for a year or so (unless she has an abrupt growth spurt). I had her practice in the house before taking it outside and she caught the hang of it quickly, it really easy to use with practice.

Very expensive and isn’t working in less than a years time. But Cathy from customer service emailed me back and sent a free replacement motherboard. Works just fine again.

Ok so I ordered 2 of these scooters for my 5 and 6 year old for Christmas. At first we LOVED these scooters, for younger children they’re great. They’re easy to balance on, they go fast enough to keep it fun but not too fast to where they’re dangerous. Steering, accelerating, and braking were all very easy for my kids to learn (especially considering they had never been on electric scooters before). The battery life could be a little better but it’s not terrible. But for the most part, I was happy with these scooters and so were my kids.NOW FOR THE BAD, *sigh*, we went to our local park to use these for only the THIRD time and my son’s scooter only worked for about 5 minutes and then it just completely stopped accelerating. It was acting like the battery was completely dead despite the fact that I had just fully charged it. Anyways, I tried fully charging it multiple times and I was never able to get his scooter to work again. To pay this amount for a scooter and to have it only work for 2-3 uses was very disappointing.But, what frustrates me the most, is that when I purchased these for Christmas, there was a deal on the scooters. And it does not give you the option to exchange these scooters, instead you can only return them and then buy another one. Well of course, after I returned the one that doesn’t work, the deal was gone and I then had to pay full price for the scooter. To have to pay an additional $50 for a defected scooter that wasn’t my fault is extremely frustrating.Overall, these scooters are great for younger children that are inexperienced on electric scooters. However, keep in mind that you could run into the issue of receiving a defected one like we did and there is no way to do an exchange. I’m really hoping these other 2 scooters will last us longer than the first one did!

Small little hiccup with an electric scooter I had purchased for Christmas. Cathy from customer service was unbelievable with guiding me through my issues and messaged me back right away each and every step. They handled everything and explained many times, how important it was, that the issue was resolved and I was satisfied with my purchase. They went above and beyond to make things right. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. I highly recommended purchasing with this company as they stand behind their products and genuinely care about the customer. Very pleased with my purchase and my son loves his new electric scooter. Cathy you have gained your company a customer for life, appreciate all the knowledge and speedy responses. My son rides this daily when we do our runs. I'm not sure how long the battery actually lasts but we did 1.5 hours out together and it had no issues.I feel like sometimes it's a slow start when you hit the button but it's good enough for my son.Wish it was faster but sometimes down a hill it slows down.
