Christian Louboutin shoes are notoriously narrow and with wide feet, I have to size up a full size and a half; 2 full sizes and they would be too loose. To skip the agonizing "break in" phase, I purchased this shoe stretcher and it has been an absolute game changer for my Pigalles and So Kates.I would highly recommend this shoe stretcher, along with the Foot Matters Shoe Stretch. I spray the inside of the shoe, insert the shoe stretcher, allow it to stay in place for 24 hours, and voila! Comfort.

It works to help stretch the shoe but beware it only comes with one, I thought it had came with 2 (to do both shoes at the same time). Other than that, great product.

I ordered the largest size and it suits me, as a size 11. Smooth finish and well constructed. This is good enough for me to buy the same product for flat shoes and feel confident.

I wouldn't say this is very useful for wide feet, as it only stretches the toe box, but I have found this to be an incredibly valuable tool. I have bunions and if I buy wide shoes or a larger size, the back of my foot would slip out, so being able to only stretch the front part of the shoe is very useful. I use this "heel stretcher" for flats, boots, and heels, and it works well for all. The spot stretching tools are awesome and made all my leather shoes comfortable. If you have a pair of flats that cut into your bunion, this stretcher can help with that too.There was one reviewer who said that the stretcher got stuck to the inside leather lining of the shoe and when ripping it out, the leather lining ripped. That happened to me when I sprayed a stretching spray on the inside of the shoe, so I'd recommend using a single-use thin sock over the stretcher if you want to use a spray.

I got this lifesavers for my louboutin shoes which I got a full size too small (cause they were on sale). I was told that the size should be fine when I break into them. I couldn't wait for the slow process (I couldn't stand the soccer method past 10min) and I was considering selling them. But then I got the footfitter! It's a total game changer for my heels! The surface of the footfitter is smooth so I did have to worry about it scratching the shoe. Just after a few hours of stretching it, I was finally confident with my ability to stand on my shoes all day. I had to play around with the beads a little to get the extra stretch I wanted. I only got one footfitter so I was able to compare the different between the stretched and unstretched side and it's huge. This is worth it!

This shoe stretcher works, its shaped perfectly to fit in a high heel, took less than 4 hrs and my shoes were comfortable!

Fantastic! Many times better than the less expensive brands. I have some swelling (and developed a small bunion) after foot surgery and needed to stretch some high heels. After breaking my cheap shoe stretcher, I bought this brand and couldn't be happier. The sizing is correct - I wear around 39 / 8.5 shoe and purchased the Large (women's 8-10.5), which worked well for almost all my shoes. A few of my shoes were very pointy, and wanting to get a tiny bit extra width at the very tip, I purchased the Medium size as well. I used the FootMatters Prof. boot and leather stretch, and my shoes are perfect now! This product is very well made and worth every penny.

Sturdy construction and does the job beautifully. Although some other reviewers here suggest ordering a size down, I found this stretcher fit true to my actual size (size large for a women's 9 shoe). I used this stretcher with a liquid stretch spray, and within 24 hours I went from barely being able to stuff my feet into my shoes, to feeling comfortable enough to walk all day in them. I suppose it's slightly annoying these don't come in a pair, but certainly not a dealbreaker - especially considering the great results I've had.My box shipped from Amazon without the bunion attachment plugs, but after a quick call to customer service, a new set of plugs arrived at my door within a couple of days. Good product, good service!

It seems like it will be good quality and do the trick... However I was disappointed when I opened up the huge amazon package and only found one stretcher. The problem is I have 2 feet and both of them are fat. I guess I will have to stretch them one at a time. Great product if you only have one foot or if you only have one fat foot. I did not notice that it was sold as a single shoe stretcher when I ordered it due to the fact that I had had a glass of wine and obviously didn't read it completely. My bad...

I almost always need to stretch my shoes, so this gets a lot of use. Perfect for medium to high heels, I use it on size 8-9 shoes.I tried it on flats too, a little awkward to use, but works, so no need to purchase 2 different kinds. The little plastic bunion things are useful, but do not stay in well, so you have to force them in and cautiously begin stretching. Without the bunion things, overall quality is fine, have used it sporadically for over a year now and it still works.One recommendation, I would buy 2 instead of 1. Since you only receive 1 stretcher, it's been very annoying to alternate nights and not being able to stretch both shoes at the same time.

I'm editing this review from 5 stars to 3 stars since it won't let me write separate reviews for each of the sizes I purchased. Initially I purchased the size medium because according to the chart it is for sizes 6-6.5. I am a size 6. SO for the size medium I'd only give it 3 stars because it is too large for my shoes and doesn't fit properly. It helps stretch out the shoes but it doesn't lie how it should like the size small does. I kept the size medium but then decided to purchase the small and am much happier with that one. The size chart should be updated because I checked on the foot fitters website and it lists the small for shoe sizes 4-6 and the medium for sizes 6.5-8. I wish I checked their website before getting the size medium because I then would have had a better fit.For the size small I give it 5 stars!!!This review is for the Size small. The size small is the one that fits into my size 6 shoes and helps stretch out the tight toe box. I leave it in for a few days at a time since it's been taking time to actually stretch out my leather shoes. I've tried using it with a shoe stretch liquid but don't feel that it helped any more than when I used it without. (I haven't tried it yet with non leather shoes but will update this review if/when I do.) Although it takes time to give a good stretch I still am happy that I purchased it instead of wearing the shoes with thick socks like I did prior to this. This is a less painful option!!

High heels are essential for me and I own many pairs of high platform heels. However over the years I've begun to develop bunions on my already wide feet, which require me to always get my shoes stretched, which can add up in cost. This shoe stretcher has worked wonders on my shoes because it has the inserts that lets you target problem areas like bunions, pinky toe, etc. I've tried different tricks - putting a bag of water into shoes and letting them freeze, wearing a sock and jamming it into my shoe and walk around for a bit, and jamming another shoe into my shoe to stretch - all of which never worked.This looks like it's made of very high quality materials and is sturdy. What I have found works best is if I put the stretcher in my shoe, blow-dry my shoe on high for 20 seconds, then let my shoe sit for 24 hours. Sometimes I have to do this twice if I feel like it didn't stretch enough. But being able to do this in the comfort of my own home is so convenient. Note that this only comes with ONE stretcher.
