Hitch was exactly as described with the exception that it was stronger than I expected. It was a bit tricky to install on my riding lawn mower, but that was not the fault of the hitch assembly. Works great. On one occasion I used it to pull my van out of the ditch. Definitely strong enough for garden use.

Product bolted right on. Took less than five minutes to install. Now I can pull my wagon, spreader, etc. with no problems.

even the nuts and bolts were not made from the usual monkey metal. I only needed to drill two holes and use the two shorter bolts to pull my collector trailer. There are two different lengths to the bolts so you could use the longer ones if you are attaching it to something wider than the plate I was attaching to.

I had a homemade hitch on my zero-turn because I wasn't going to pay $45.00 for a piece of angled steel. I found this after-market item and it fit perfectly. Bolts seem pretty sturdy, we'll see how they hold up. It came with two different bolt lengths and an extra nut. Nuts and Bolts are serrated so they should hold amidst vibration. Can't wait to see how it holds.

The holes on the hitch were not large enough to be compatible with my John Deere Z950M. The Z950M, has studs that don't appear to be removable. However, nothing that a good drill bit and vice couldn't fix. Once I customized the hitch it looks and works great.
