Your cart is empty. If you have a SLR or DSLR camera and other maker/mount lenses, the Fotodiox Mount Adapters allow you to use your lenses on the film/digital camera body. Sharing lenses has some distinct advantages. Certain prime lens just can't be replaced, and you save the cost of purchase on new lenses. Adapting larger format lens to smaller format sensors (i.e: large format to medium format, medium format to 35mm, 35mm to micro 4/3) provides excellent edge-to-edge sharpness. The smaller image field helps minimize the effects of lens distortion and aberration by using the 'sweet spot' or center of the larger lens image circle.
This Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapters are made with a high standard precision. The leaf spring design in the adaptor holds the lens tight to the camera body ensuring there is no play between the camera and the lens. This lens mount adapter allows a Leica 35mm/135mm M39 Mount Lens to fit on a Leica M camera body with appropriate viewfinder frame lines on enabled camera body. The adapter also includes Leica's '6-bit Coding' indents which can be painted (black/white) to emulate a variety of Leica M lenses to optimize the image quality.
Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. In this case "stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body. You can shoot with manual mode or aperture priority mode. Infinity focusing is allowed.

It fits well but lens settings are off. Instead of being at 12 o'clock they are about 11 o'clock. The sit bit encoding works on my M9 but not on the M240. M240 might be touchy when reading but for the M9 it works great. The 6 bit aches are engraved into the plate in the right place you just have to fill it in for your lens.

Didnt work for my lens on my Leica m. Wouldn’t focus in the rangefinder at all, or bring the proper frame lines up. Had to get an actual Leica adaptor.

LマウントレンズをMマウントに変換するアダプターです。6ビットコード検知センサー部を隠せないとエラーを吐きますが、本品は隠すことができるのでLVが使えるようになります。ネットで探せるコード表を利用して黒マジックでコードを書く事もできるようです。一寸光り方が安っぽい感じです。メッキの耐久度が不明な事、嵌合面が粗いように感じる事から☆3としました。無限遠は出ました。海外からの取り寄せのようで少し時間がかかりました。

These thing are ridiculous at $30. I had to buy 5 just to get one that sort of threaded from the right spot. Expect your lens to be crooked if you buy this version. M39/LTM started in the early 1900's and managed to have threads start in the right place. Fotodiox, please....some q.c!

Cheap adapter. Tried it on a Voigtlander 35mm 1.7 1st generation. Not well focused. Not as good as Voigtlander or Leitz adapters.Thickness should be 1mm exact. But it is 0.98 or 1.02mm. Not worth the money. Metabones is not much more money, but definitely better choice

Extremely thin, and yet feels well built. The finish on the adapter is very well done. The thread was smooth while attaching the adapter to the lens, and the M-mount sound operates smoothly as well. The rangefinder coupling seems accurate from my tests.One thing to note, is that due to how most LTM to M mount adapters are designed the focus zone "zero" position is not going to be at 12 o'clock but at about 11 o'clock when you look at the camera with the lens pointing towards you. That is expected, and with a little getting used-to should not hinder any zone-focus users out there.

The LTM to M mount adapter worked properly on digital M, as well as film M bodies. It is indeed compatible with Leica M10 & 6-bit coding. There is no cutout for the infinity lock that MAY be found on some older lenses, but this makes them compatible with cameras that have a 6-bit reader. Fotodiox delivered exactly as described.Note, I have bought several other LTM-M adapters on Amazon that were pictured as being this same style, but the sellers sent the old style with outer rim cutouts. And claimed it was an “upgrade”. Notably Pixco brand Was always wrong part. (Seller Sixsen)
