Do not grip to your crash bars, clamps won't tighten enough to keep the pegs from spinning and cheap pot metal broke during install.

Arrived quick. Well packed. As described.Purchased to fit on chinese made engine guards for 2007 Yamaha VMAX. For me they were a tat difficult to mount; two piece plastic bushing fit under the metal clamping part; soft / short screws are hard to start and appear easy to strip. The plastic bushings are good for no scratching, but they slip under pressure of feet on the pegs. Reluctant to tighten hard enough to where they don't slip as they'll strip. Short screws, shallow threads and soft metal.Mounting screws are very short; hard to start; soft metal.Rubber looks good but is slippery. Wish I'd purchased different for the guards I have on the bike. I got what I paid for in both the engine guards and the highway pegs. Poor quality.

After 2 previous purchases, I finally found pegs that were perfect. Others were cheap, came with no instructions and were just not tight enough on my 1" crash bar. These also came without instructions...The spacers provided will work, but not tight enough. I had to add a fender washer and lock washer to each side. Tight as it can be now!

Beware this does NOT fit correctly. Look at the marks the screw ends left on my crash bar when trying to tighten them down!!! Angry!!

No instructions ....But nice chrome on this and it worked perfect for my 2022 triglide ultra classic for a higher level.I wanted one more level of comfort for the long hauls ..maybe not for hot weather but when it's really cold it puts my ankles right where the heat comes out of the vents which will be nice.I had to play with the angles to get it just right so it doesn't touch when folded up but ended up being the perfect solution.
