Works well and provides an overabundance of hardware. If you are only looking for hardware to mount your back rest, you will not need all that this kit comes with. There are no directions, so you have to figure it out on your own but that is no problem. This is a very nice kit with enough hardware for all of your back rest and luggage rack together.
