I got this for a new scope that I bought for my AR. Didn't pay attention that it was for an air rifle instead of pic rail. I did end up mounting it to my air rifle. Attaches just like a pic rail but thinner. Holds the scope well and keeps everything true.

I am rebuilding my only Dovetail-mount rifle. I test-fit this mount for compatibility, and it is as solid as it gets for dovetail. For those who don't know, Dovetail rails and mounts are a close-run thing. There is not a lot of engagement and if both parts are not dead-on there can be a lot of uncertainty just how securely the mount is attached. The TPI mount has a fairly pointy and uniform "point" on each half of the "V." This is why, on my rifle, it nestles in tight.Otherwise, I have this same mount but in Picatinny rail form. It has never lost zero or acted up in any way. It is less than 6.5 ounces, which would be about average, except this also has the Pic mounts on the one upper tube clamp. That upper clamp can go on either front or back lower tube clamp.One thing, there is a tensioning screw/recoil pin I highlighted with arrows in my pics. If your Dovetail rail does not incorporate an external recoil stop, this screw is used to either index into holes sometimes provided on the rifle, or to be screwed in after the main clamps are tightened as an addition point of contact. This is common. I just want to point out that it is accessed THROUGH the tube mount. So... get it where you want it as you will not want to have to move the mount once the scope is installed.Presently $16, it's a no-brainer.

this scope mount feels sturdy and well-made and The material used ensures a long-lasting fit and stability. The 1.42-inch height is perfect for comfortable eye alignment. It provides a good line of sight without straining my neck.Installing and adjusting the scope mount is straightforward. I didn’t need any special tools, and the process was intuitive. Once installed, the mount maintains the scope’s accuracy. There’s no shift or movement even after multiple uses.While the overall build is sturdy, the clamping mechanism could be improved for an even more secure fit.

This lightweight, all metal scope mount looks and feels like it is well built with a very nice finish. I like it and am looking forward to trying it out.My plan is to mount this, and a UTG scope, to a GAMO Gen3 break barrel air rifle — once I finish my research and decide which one I want. With this single piece mount, I can easily move the scope back and forth between my old Gen1 Swarm Maxxim and any other rifle with dovetail rails.I reviewed a couple of Pinty scopes last year that came with detachable lasers & red dots so, the picatinny rails would allow me to “mix and match” those items on this mount, if desired. This is not a big deal with an air rifle (for me) but it is nice to have options.Again, the build quality and versatility this scope mount allows me, make me give it 5 stars. If I encounter any problems with it in the future, I will update this review.Hopefully, this review was helpful to you.

This is a one piece scope mount for a 30mm tube diameter scope. It has a picatinny mount and works great! It does not come with any torque specs but if you have a thread pitch tool you can determine bolt size and look them up online. Be sure to use blue loctite so they stay in place once set.

Overall, this is a decent mount. I used this on my son's airsoft gun, and it works well. It is very secure. I like that it has three screws per connection, that way if one comes loose, there are still two more holding the scope. It mounts via picatinny rail. I haven't had any issues. Happy with the mount.
