LOOKS like the original. I am holding-onto it as the original looked OK, bought this as insurance for the other repairs. It got here quickly and is the right part.

Just what I needed. I broke a few parts on my garage door by doing something stupid - I released the door's arm from the actual chain itself so that I could test the operation without the weight of the door, since it wasn't opening at all for me. Well, it worked...but then I let the plastic inner slide (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000JFBOT2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) go too far down the rail to where it hit the plastic wheel and broke both of them, sending plastic everywhere. So, I ended up having to buy a new inner slide and this pulley wheel. It was easy to replace, once I figured out how to adjust the tension by turning the bolt that runs perpendicular to the bolt that holds this wheel in place. That was the only way to get the chain back over this new wheel.Oh, also....the reason my door wasn't opening was because my springs were wore out. I replaced those, and everything is working smoothly now.
