way bigger than i expected but that’s my fault. it’s nice that the pegs are extendable and attached to an interior spring so they can easily accommodate large books and keep pages in place.

I bought this in the hope it would ease the pain I have in my hands when reading. Even with a page holder I feel the strain of holding the book and it’s absolutely perfect. I have it on my nightstand with my trusty little book reader light and can enjoy reading without the pain. Turning pages is easy, I just open one side and slide the page behind the other side. And it’s so cute when it doesn’t have a book in I sit my little eeyore beanie in it, so he can enjoy the sun through the window

What a jolly, bright dab of colour and perfect for keeping recipe books out of the ingredients ... and yes, also ideal for tablets, novels, e-readers and the like. All perfectly sturdy, well balanced with non-slip pads too!

Descripción engañosa del atril: este atril es demasiado pequeño para libros.

The book stand seems very well constructed and it allows me to read without having to hold the book, which comes in handy if I am eating or working in the kitchen. I bought the extra large size because someone wrote that the standard size was too small, but I think the standard size would have been fine. Well worth the money.

When my friend had elbow surgery and told me she couldn't read because she couldn't hold a book -- and that her daughter was getting her an iPad -- I knew I had the perfect gift for her! I have two, the first one a gift from when I was in the hospital in 2008. That one lives downstairs, and the second one is for upstairs. Both work for books, iPads, and file folders. My friend had never seen one and was THRILLED when hers arrived, and she was already reading her first book. She also liked that it's lightweight and she can take it outside. It sure feels good to give such a successful gift!

I with it stands higher or straighter that it does. If you imagine sitting on it, it can only be a lazy chair. You cannot sit straight! on it! I do like how it looks though. Very cute.

I love that it has 3 different positions and I use it daily. Perfect for the iPad and cookbooks!

It's a sturdy book holder. It would be even better for tablets if it had a space at the bottom for a cord connected to a tablet, so that you could use the tablet while it is charging. It seems to accommodate books or tablet up to about 1 inch thick, and could be made better by having a deepermini-shelf (on which the book or tablet rests) at the bottom. That would accommodate thicker books.

This super stripy book holder was a present from my other half to remind me that summer's coming at last! It looks very like the deckchairs I remember from childhood and will be perfect for my paperbacks on the beach. Can also be used for iPad or kindle, but I'll have to hide it from my granddaughter who's already borrowed it for her doll! Really well made and a great gift for book-lovers.
