EDIT: After driving around with the sport bar on for a week I've noticed a whistling noise from it at speeds over 45mph. At times painfully loud even with all windows closed. I will try to cover any holes in order to fix this issue but if it doesn't work I will have to remove it.Would've been alright if I could have through bolted to the bed rails on my Tundra but couldn't and had to use the provided rivet nuts. The instructions said to use hand wrench and socket. THIS WAS IMPOSSIBLE! Maybe if the rivet nuts were aluminum but these appeared to be steel which require a special tool to install which most hobbyists and DIYers wouldn't have. I ended up buying the tool and used it to install extra rivet nuts so it is secured to my truck with twice as many bolts as were originally supplied.

Very sturdy, takes time to install, but is worth the time. After 2 years ,still looks like I just bought it. I also like how you can incorporate the bed rails to make it look custom.

It was a little confusing at first but once you start getting it together it Flys by. About a hour to assemble it. And about 3 minutes to install it.

This thing cost $500. Keep that in mind. Compared to all the others that are $1200+. It’s an amazing bang for the buck. It’s sturdy enough and it looks GREAT once complete. I read 100 reviews before buying it that said it’s super hard to assemble. It’s kind of true but not really. I’m a mechanic by trade and it wasn’t that bad. If you do all your own work (which I’ve done to this truck 100%) and regularly tinker with your own stuff you won’t have a problem. If you bring your truck to the shop for all your work / maintenance and don’t know how to use tools than it WILL be difficult for you. Things like swivel adapters for your sockets to get into the tight spots and ratchet wrenches make a world of difference. I live in northern Alberta, so far there’s no rust on mine. Even so, Who cares? Hit it with a bit of spray paint every now and then and you’ll be fine. Assemble the whole unit and leave it loose. Put it on the truck exactly where you want it (use a tape measure and mark it) and drill your holes for the mount plates. Install your mounts and tighten them fully. Mine was a bit of a pain because my truck has the factory fibreglass bedliner tray so I had to zipcut windows through it to get at the actual bed (still not that bad.) Work from the top down and use a level and your own eye sight to make it look and fit good. Tighten one piece at a time. Use a dab of blue loctite on the hardware and it will never come loose. Boom. You just drastically changed the look of your truck for $500. You can’t ask for more. I put 4 aux beam light pods on it for $40. There’s holes in the rack to run your wiring. Trim the plastic spacers they provide so you don’t see them after everything is tight (I also read people complaining about this). Basically if you’re on the fence because of the reviews you’re reading - take my word for it. Do it, you won’t be disappointed

Great value for the money. A bit tricky to assemble, patience is needed to align all the parts, and make nuts and bolts align to tighten. Plastic gaskets we’re misshaped, and unsightly, but over all looks good on my truck. It will fit 2019-2021 Silverado.

This product seemed to look good out of the box, but ended up being complete garbage. I installed it on a brand new $68,000 truck and after being installed for only 2 weeks, it is badly rusting in 5-6 different spots where the factory welds are. I now have a rusted hunk of steel junk on a brand new truck that i don’t really want to take off because 4 holes had to be drilled in the truck bed to mount this product. %100 DO NOT recommend.

Easy install and will look good if you take your time. I trimmed about an inch off of mounting bracket to get a more closer to cab look. All hardware and instructions were good except goofy hex main mounting bolts which I replace with 3/8 grade 8 bolts.

This is the worst back rack I have bought. It does not fit together well. It seems like some parts were cut short or the measurements for the parts were not correct. This kit feels like they tried to do a universal that would fit multiple dodge ram' of different years. The silicone gaskets that are included don't fit well with the already shitty built parts. The silicon gaskets stick out all over the place on the tubes attaching to the main bar. The adjustments are limited and don't work well together. The rubber template they gave with it was missing a hole cutout. The directions are absolutely shitty. They give you these rivets that are suppose to fit in a hole that you drill, but don't. I had to buy bolts to make this kit attach to the bed of my truck. The supplied allen screws that are suppose to hold it to the bed of the truck are some weird standard size ( I am a mechanic and I didn't have the size that was needed). They could have at lease supplied you with the allen key needed. I ended up not using them and just used the bolts I had to buy to secure it to my truck. I would highly advise you buying road armor or addictive desert design for the back rack. Go rhino has really failed in making a good back rack.

The instructions say it will take 1 hour to install...you can do it in 60 minutes but it will look very bad. It took almost 2 hours to tweak it to make it level and have all of the pieces line up and look like a good single unit. Going slow is very important with this, I found getting it all assembled as per the instructions, and then setting it on a table or bench and ising a level to get it right made a big difference in how it turned out. I also did remove the "chrome" rhino plates and color matched them to the truck, mostly b/c I have no other chrome on my vehicle. Overall I have probable 4.5 hours in the installation betweek getting the pieces strait and mounting it on the vehicle. Its very solid on the truck.
