Pretty expensive to get a poor quality product with a horrible assembly instruction , horrible packaging make my product fill of scratches, dents, crests and deformation all around, flimsy and defective parts, Not enough washers for all the bolts, the stainless steel door so twisted because the material is so thin and they stamped the brand! And the glass door never aligned correctly!! All this in a beat box. Send it back not recommended at all..

We bought this as a surprise for my husband for Father’s Day and he was so happy. He loves movie theater popcorn but not the movie theater prices for it. Now he has the best of both worlds. He can control the flavoring and salt level himself and he never has to worry about a burnt kernel again. This machine is truly the easiest to use, and it fills the house with that wonderful smell of fresh popcorn. The kids always know when it’s movie time at our house!The specs: The machine is a full size model on a stand. It reaches to my chin and I’m 5’6”. It holds a bunch of popcorn! It’s made with real metal and glass not flimsy plastic and it was easy to assemble. The wheels of the chart are like real bike wheels with rubber tires and metal spokes. The storage door holds all the goodies inside so they are there when you are ready. Though it comes with bags and a server we went ahead and ordered him some extra and some reusable popcorn containers since this is staying in the family. We love this thing. You want this. You really need this!

I read all the reviews and really hoped for the best. I knew there was a good chance I'd have missing or broke parts and I did. My set of hardware did not match the instruction book & customer service NEVER responded to any emails so I guessed. It took about 6 hours to assemble after having to go buy metal glue. One section of "box" that you have to screw into didnt hold the weld for the screws. Front door on box was bent. Latch on glass popper drawer also bent. Side shelves took two people pulling to line up screws. Wheels lacking parts to keep them from wobbling.Parts are all labeled with number stickers which is nice until it's time to remove them. They don't just peal off. Because it is so heavy and awkward I pushed on instead of returning. Mistake. Cleaned the popper unit-all parts. Directions say to "simply" slide glass door on. Nope, had to file pegs.Finally time to turn it on. Smoked so bad I had to take it outside. Cleaned everything again. The part that holds the kernels is suppose to slide in & out easily. Nope. Takes two people to line it up, pull the sides out, then hang it.Second attempt, no smoke, until I added the oil. Pushed through and added popcorn. Nice to see it actually pop. About 1/10 of popcorn came out burnt. 1/8 kernels did not pop and the popping unit looks black with burnt pieces in it.The popcorn itself was blah. It tasted stale. I used Great Northern popcorn and butter flavored coconut oil. No taste!I emailed the company several times, which is the only way to contact them, and never received an answer. Because I cannot lift and move this to take to a return center I will end up stuck with it. Honestly this is the worst product I have ever ordered from Amazon

Pay attention to how you attached the sides when building the box that the popper mounts on or else the popper won’t be able to anchor in and secure to the box. If that happens you will have to take it apart and switch the sides of the box so the popper can be anchored in. My only complaint is I don’t know why they just wouldn’t build the mount in holes universal. That way it wouldn’t matter which side goes where.

I had a different popcorn maker that was sold with my last home. I order this one because it had good reviews. It is at least a third smaller than the last one and cost more money. Would not buy this brand again.

I bought this for my office. We go through three or four packets of popcorn day. The machine makes great popcorn, but it has a few drawbacks. I'll get to those down below. In hindsight I wish I had spent a little more money on a larger machine, but this one will do for now.Like I said, it makes great popcorn. We're probably using it in a way that most people won't. I doubt most people are going to pop four packets or more per day. If you're going to use this at home on movie night, then it will be fine.In regards to my dislikes about the machine, there's not much room between the glass and the popper, which makes it difficult to load the popcorn. There are thin crevices at the bottom of the glass, and stuff falls in them. It's nearly impossible to get it out. The angled metal piece below the glass door is flimsy. It's very slow to pop. It takes about 7 minutes before the popcorn finally starts popping because the heating coil isn't very powerful. It's difficult to clean (but I expected that).Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. It has been a hit at the office. But if I had it to do all over again I'd buy one with a 12 or 16 ounce capacity.
