This remote has been working very well since I soldered the little slide switch so that it works. The switch just fell apart while I was installing the remote. Luckily I have the skills to eliminate the switch that is just a piece of junk. It has been working well since. It’s way overpriced for the quality of the product.

Not happy, remote didn't even work, switch didn't work. Installed batteries and no indication light of power. sent back...

Had for almost a year. So easy to hook up works GREAT. UODATE Went to use this season it won't work at all so I'm not happy

WORKS GREAT IN MY NAPOLEON FIREPLACE. THE FIREPLACE HAS A PLACE FOR EACH OF THE TWO PLUG-INS AND THERE IS ROOM FOR THE UNIT INSIDE THE FIREPLACE ENCLOSURE RIGHT BY THE REST OF THE CONTROLS. I COULD LEAVE THE THERMOSTAT ACTIVE WITH THE REMOTE. GREAT ITEM.
