Big, bold, and righteous, the Gretsch G2410TG Streamliner Hollow Body Single-Cut with Bigsby and Gold Hardware Electric Guitar is designed for the modern guitarist who yearns for something beyond the norm. A commanding guitar for powerful players, the G2410TG’s modern sonics, thinner maple body, updated electronics, and authentically elegant style create the latest iteration of That Great Gretsch Sound!

Elegant Design

The secret to the Streamliner’s sound is a new offering from Gretsch—the Broad'Tron BT-2S humbucking pickup. Designed specifically for the Streamliner Collection, the high-output Broad'Tron pickup spawns improved definition with a tighter bass response for robust lows, pristine highs, and a throaty midrange. This sonic power is harnessed and shaped by the traditional control layout—neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone control, a master volume control, and three-way pickup switching.

Construction

A fast-playing 12-inch radius laurel fingerboard with elegant pearloid Hump Block inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets sits atop the white-bound Nato neck with a thin U-shaped profile—ideal for chord work or firing off hot-rodded riffing. Add some shimmer and expression to your playing with the Bigsby-licensed B60 vibrato tailpiece, while the Adjusto-Matic Bridge with its secured laurel base and synthetic bone nut grants amazing tuning stability.

Classic Style and Control

All the classic eye-catching style you’ve come to expect from Gretsch is here—vintage-style black control knobs, enlarged F-holes for increased acoustic projection, elegant aged white binding with upgraded purfling, and gleaming gold hardware. The G2410TG, now available in Village Amber, features a tortoise pickguard.

This guitar is beautifully made and has a great sound. Had to take off a star only because it has a bit of an issue staying in tune.

I can't say if this is true for every G2410TG, but the one I got has been great. As it seems most guitars that are fulfilled by amazon are, it was not from the seller I was purchasing it from(indicated by the original manufacturer shipping label to a different retail seller,) and while it was listed as new condition, instead it was a returned/demo/open box of some sort, but since nothing was missing or broken and was reasonably discounted I'm keeping it since it plays and sounds great.*Follow up: I think the Gretsch G-410 body design is right in the sweet spot for me. A really comfortable compromise between the solid/semi hollow center block, and the deeper G-420 body design. I already had a G5410T that has to be one of the best guitars I own, and I bought this G2410 to have as a sort of "not worrying about it too much" guitar for road trips, etc. Not surprisingly the G2410 has the same level of comfort, but the fit and finish on has been very nearly on par with my G5410, and while the Broad'Trons may not sound quite like Filter'Trons, they actually sound pretty good to me, just different from Filter'Trons. This was a purchase I'm glad I made.

Modern great sounding thin body Archtop. I traded a G5655t for this guitar, which is also an awesome guitar for all skill levels.
