I bought this as a supplement to the Clymer manual in case their photos and such are more descriptive. If I were only going to buy one, I would go with the Clymer instead. This is ok, but I feel the Clymer is much more detailed in its coverage and specs.

This manual covers/5 up to oilhead. Great reference material.

I gotta be honest, this manual is about a hair better than the owners manual that comes with these old beemers (or is available online if you need one.). It’s strangely brief on almost everything even though there’s a chapter on breaking the motor down. At least for airheads The Clymer manual is about 10x better as are the online resources now a days.
