Detalhes
O controle padrão do Heil PR 40 é excelente.

Mic does not work. Took it to guitar center to verify and they said it’s a bad mic

Best microphone for the recorded voice I have used. Owned a studio for years recording music. Moving to do a podcast and have recorded a few intro tracks and demo podcasts and love the rich bassy audio it puts out. Used to not like my voice very much and now actually like recording voice recordings because of this mic.

Fantastic mic! I bought it primarily for bass guitar. It gives me some nice high mid character that really compliments most bass tones. Also great for close miking drums. Heil is very under rated!

I'm a podcaster and this is a fantastic microphone if you want a nice warm sound yet a microphone that can be driven by pretty much any pre-amp, which wasn't the case with my Shure SM7b which also has a great sound but it really needs a very good pre-amp or you will struggle to get any kind of levels out of it. Albeit it's hardly needed, I did add a pop-filter in front of it and I now get zero breath- and lip-pops in my recordings. Highly recommended!

I backed into a co-host on a Podcast and had no idea what I needed. One thing became clear as I did my research, buy the best mic you can afford. I kept seeing Heil PR40 mentioned and after watching a couple YouTube reviews liked the sound of it best. I got it in quickly plugged everything up and boy it makes me sound better than real life. Comes in a nice protective case, fit is perfect and finish are awesome. I still have no idea what I am doing on the podcast but love the way I sound.

I love this mic. I use it every day on my different podcast shows over at totalnerdtakeover.com, if you listen to my first few shows you can hear how poor my audio was. After a few shows I bought the heil pr 40. Wow what a difference. You can really hear the change in quality. Love this mic. Best mic for podcasting period.

I use this mic with a Scarlett 6i6 mains powered USB audio interface, and it is an interesting sound. I lowered a couple faders worth of EQ to compensate for sibilance, and a windscreen was necessary for plosives. I thought it would absolutely mute sound not made directly into it, but surprisingly it does pick up movement on other floors and outside. Get some soundproofing foam for safety.Triple A

This is an overpriced mic. Should sell for $200-200. Although this mic has received high praise from several big-name podcasters over the last several years I'm not very impressed with the sound I get from it. I don't think it's better sounding than the Rode Procaster/Podcaster, also a dynamic mic, which sells for $100 less here on Amazon. I'm not entirely convinced that the quality of Heil production is a match for a company like Rode, or Shure.
