This was a good item. However, it was not what I was looking for. I was looking for something that fits around the waist of a big girl. This was not giving so I could only give it 4 stars.

When I viewed this online, I was unsure that it would work as described but decided to try it anyway. LOVE this for my in-home-limited-space gym area. I don't have room for much so to be able to simply attach my free weights makes this a good alternative to a bar with weights.One of my concerns was having the band stay in place during the workout. There's really no problem there. The weights do the trick to keep things stable. And it's easy to switch the weights out when you're doing up-set or down-set. Quick and easy so you can keep your momentum going.Overall I like the product. If you have no room for barbells, but like to add weight to bridges, this is a good alternative.

I wish I knew a product line this existed sooner. Hip thrusts are one of my least favorite exercises to set up and now it's easily accessible. I haven't gone extremely heavy with it yet but feels secure and definitely provides you with a good workout. I love that it can be utilized for other workouts as well like lunges and sumo squats.

In my opinion the weight belt is not made properly as the weights slip as you try to exercise. The quality of the belt is average. If you are using heavier weights I don’t feel this belt will hold up. The belt didn’t come with any directions or sample exercises that you could have at your fingertips versus having to pull it up on Amazon to review same. I’m nervous using the belt because I worry that the weights will completely fall out of the belt. Overall disappointing.
